Shakespeare in Love post on Style Me Pretty

Start the new year off with inspiration from Style Me Pretty- our favorite go to blog for wedding inspiration. Be sure to check out this MUST SEE paper inspired event- so clever and creative!

We LUV the calligraphed books hanging to frame the archway and the pages spilling from the table to create a cloth. Vintage genius!!!

Be sure to view the post HERE and more photos HERE.

Capital Style Bride January 2012

We were honored to be invited to participate in the January 2012 issue of Capital Style and were featured in the cover story Elegant Glamour!

The concept for the photo shoot was styled by fellow Short North Wedding Collective member Kasey Skobel-Conyers, founder of Bliss Events.

The invitation: Hand calligraphed in white ink on Ash die cut card stock. Designed and produced in-house at On Paper by On Paper Press.

Die cut table number cards, seating cards and menus carry the elegance of chic glam calligraphy through out the event. We love the Ash/Pale Peach color combo accented with gold- perfect for the decor and classic elegance with a touch of drama!

We had a great time seeing old friends and meeting new colleagues- proving once again that Columbus has some amazingly talented wedding professionals- perfect to help create your perfect day!

On the Map / Table Cards from Steven Cox Flowers

A beautiful summer party with table designs by one of our all time Columbus fave florists, Steven Cox Flowers. The theme: Parisian Parks.

Beautiful oh la la floral arrangements, and very creative Table "Number" cards made using several papers from On Paper. It's a great, creative idea and each table card is the name of a Parisian park.

Steven Cox shares the "How To":

1. Use a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of Green Paper Company Beech card stock for the backing card. Score and fold in half.

2. Use a sheet of Cavallini Paris map gift wrap. Cut to size and glue to folded card using a roll on adhesive.

3. Cut a sheet of Jack Pine Green Paper Company cardstock to size and glue to the map layer. Write the table name using a calligraphy tip marker.

4. Voila!

Merci Steven Cox Flowers!
