Bobbin Designs

Good things really do come in small packages! We couldn't wait to open this little treasure! This is our second order from Bobbin Designs and we can't say enough about their sweet chic designs.

Artist Jean Johnson uses an array of fabrics to create her charming cards. Many incorporate felt, which is an eco-conscious blend of post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and plant dyed wool.

Combining traditional utilitarian fabrics like burlap, ticking and linen- combo-ed together with ric- rac each piece is hand stitched to create a mini handmade piece of art.
Animals and charming subjects- all with a whimsical, primitive naive quality. Ideal for framing, these cards make the perfect Baby Shower gift!

Handwriting Fonts

We are in the process of creating some in-store signage using calligraphy fonts and thought we would share some handwritten font finds. Those of you who have been working for fonts for years know how remarkably INEXPENSIVE handwritten fonts have become! It used to be $100+ per font, and now - peanuts for the designer fonts. $18-$35 puts a world of high end fonts on the desktop. Not to mention free sites such as: dafont.com and 1001freefonts.com.

Below are a selection of curated On Paper font pics. If you are looking for a handwritten font, try some of these! All fonts below are available for purchase from myfonts.com.
